This option is ideal for organizations with under 100 employees. You get to use all the standard Sonar6 features; self assessments, 360 reviews, Sonar6 Analytics, the Bendelta Competency Library etc. System setup & admin is entirely in your hands*; you can even pay online.
*You're not on your own though – you get access to Sonar6 product support, as well as a huge library of really helpful information on getting the most from Sonar6 and having killer performance reviews.
Sonar6 Fully Configured
This option is the perfect solution if you have a larger organization, need to configure the system in a unique way, or want Sonar6 to integrate with your payroll or HRIS. You can opt to use the standard Sonar6 content or you can customize forms, competencies, weighting, reports, coaching and communications etc etc to suit your needs.
