Customer Experience Manager
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of support processes and systems, management of the customer lifecycle, dealing with client queries and issues, and ultimately for the extension and renewal of clients.
This includes:
Designing the experience that customers have when contacting Sonar6 (via web, email, phone, chat etc)
Managing the staff involved in delivering that experience
Implementing and running the knowledge base and other CRM systems
Creating a systematised approach to account management
To be the successful candidate you must have great task management and relationship building skills, be inventive, have analytical skills and be an influencer.
You will also have 5 years professional experience in customer facing roles, a tertiary qualification, and preferably experience with internet businesses and CRM systems. An understanding of the HR function or the pressures of people management would be great.

Flash Developers
Sonar6 has a team of some of the finest Flash Developers in the world, but we are always seeking that one special person… Is it you?
You will need all of the following:
An understanding of how to build rich internet applications
Highest level Actionscript 2 and 3
Broad understanding of other internet technologies (PHP, XML, SQL)
At least 5 years experience in coding great software, and a desire to keep getting better

Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control (testing) practices and procedures, as well as managing the day to day running of the QA team. Additionally the role includes project management coverage for the development team.
The successful candidate would need 5 years testing experience, including a proven record in:
Managing testing projects and teams
Defining and implementing test methods, building associated collateral, and estimating duration requirements
Defect management and risk assessment
Project management from design to deployment
Test execution
The successful candidate will be great at systematic thinking, decision making, task management and attention to detail. Most importantly they will know the huge contribution that successful QA can make.

Finance Manager
We are looking for a “bright beanie” full of potential to help us as we grow our global operations!
The role of Finance Manager is chiefly to be the guardian of vital financial information; owning the systems and process that allow simple analysis and relevant measurements of company performance. Everything has to be accurate and available.
In addition the role contributes across human resources, administrative and all other operational support areas.
The ideal candidate should have:
At least 2 years commercial experience
Tertiary qualification in accountancy
Previous exposure to technology business
Plenty of vim and vigour
