Omega offers qualified migrants the opportunity to work with kiwi mentors; offering valuable practical experience in local companies with an eye to employment in NZ. Funded by the Tindall Foundation and corporate sponsorship, Omega runs four programmes for migrants: mentoring, internships, a best practise network and an intergovernment forum.
