The Onboarding Manager is responsible for designing the onboarding process and coordinating our delivery components (web and people) to ensure a fast, useful onboarding process.

Pre-Sales Guru (Sausalito, CA)
The Pre-sales Guru is responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the Sonar6 sales team.
In this role you'll spend a lot of time talking to people about Sonar6 (mostly on the phone, but also in person, via Twitter, Facebook, email...) so you'll need to be friendly, outgoing, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and ideally have previous experience converting prospects to leads. There will be an element of cold-calling involved, but most of the people you talk to will already be familiar with Sonar6 through our marketing programs.
You'll be working closely with our US sales team, and you'll get a lot of support from our NZ-based sales and marketing guys and our fantastic lead generation engine.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Previous hands-on experience with salesforce.com
- Experience in lead generation / qualifying (ideally 2 years +)
- Preferably some knowledge of HR, Organizational development, HR technology, SaaS / cloud computing - though you'll learn a lot on the job
