Of course not! All of our current and future updates, upgrades and additional features are included in your subscription fee.

Who can we invite?

Anyone you like. They don’t have to be set up in Sonar6 already; they only need to have a valid email address and internet connection.

I want to invite someone who’s never used Sonar6 before. Will it be too complicated for them?

360º reviews use the simple, user-friendly Sonar6 interface you know and love. If anything, it’s even easier in 360º - performance and competency sliders are both on a single screen to keep things nice and simple. All invitees will also receive a brief but detailed guide to completing 360º reviews when they receive their invitation.

Can we make 360º feedback anonymous?*

You decide, based on your company’s policies. You have the option to leave feedback anonymous, or attribute it to the person who gave it.

If we keep feedback anonymous, how can we tell if 360º feedback came from a co-worker, a customer or someone else?

All 360º feedback is displayed on the same review screen, along with a key that lets you see at a glance which ratings came from what sources.

How do we get started?

If you’re using Quick Start, you’ll see a Workflow section at the bottom of the Basic Setup screen. Tick the ‘360º Reviews’ box and you’re ready to go.
